The Organization LAKSHYASADHANA SOCIETY FOR THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED was started in the year 1997 by K. Vishnupriya (President) and P. Paparao (Secretary).
Vishnupriya has done her graduation in Mental retardation and later did her post graduation in Psychology. Paparao has done his graduation in Commerce and Accounting.
We are serving the mentally challenged persons through our special school, vocational training center and residential home since 1997. We started our Organization with only four disabled children 14 years back in a small rented house. We undertook this project with our own resources and gradually increased our repertoire of services to more and more disabled children.
We are getting grant-in-aid regularly every year from the Government of India for our regular projects of Special school, VTC, and Residential home. Read more
